For a number of years, I've worked professionally in video production, photography and digital content, creating campaigns, social media content and films for large organisations, most recently within the NHS. My background is built around telling stories through content, often in fast moving environments where there’s no second take.
 

Frame Your Day was born from a simple idea: to offer a more refined approach to content creation.
 

Whether it's a wedding, live event or creating marketing content for a business, my focus is always the same. Capture the atmosphere, energy and personality of what's happening, then turn it into content that's exciting to watch, easy to share and enjoyable to revisit afterwards.
 

I wanted to create a service that sits comfortably between traditional content creation and full scale videography. You still get the natural, behind the scenes feel that people love, but with a more professional approach, dedicated 4K cameras and carefully edited content that feels polished from start to finish.
 

Most importantly, I blend into the background. I'm not there to take over, interrupt the flow of an event or turn every moment into a photoshoot. I'm there to work alongside you, your suppliers and your guests to capture things as they naturally unfold.
